More About Tri It For Life:
Tri It For Life brings women together. Mothers. Daughters. Wives. Sisters. Grandmothers. Tri It For Life mentors spend 12 weeks helping you discover a new title—Triathlete! All too often, women find themselves putting others first. Tri It For Life not only helps you train for your first women’s only triathlon, we encourage you to bring the focus back to you. Along with training the body to swim, bike, and run, we develop friendships for life, a renewed sense of spirit, and empower our athletes to believe in themselves.
Now in our tenth year of training women in North Carolina for their first triathlon, Tri It For Life has branched out from its base in Charlotte. In addition to the Raleigh Chapter, now in its fourth year, Tri It For Life plans to open a Charleston, SC chapter in 2016 and a Chapel Hill Chapter in 2017.
Tri It For Life training culminates with the Ramblin’ Rose Women’s Only Triathlon in Raleigh, South Charlotte, Huntersville, and soon in Chapel Hill. Deciding to “Tri” is a difficult step but it’s one step on the journey to developing a healthy lifestyle and friendships for life.
Since 2006, more than a 2300 women athletes supported by over 1500 mentors have crossed the finished line. Join the thousands of women that have made this journey to become triathletes by saying, “Yes, I CAN! Join us in 2016.

Beautiful Together Supports Children Without Families.
Beautiful Together supports children without families. This non-profit organization shines a light on children who wait to be part of a family while living in foster care, group homes, or orphanages through a combination of professional photography, video profiles, and social outreach, to better connect them with waiting families.
Beautiful Together also works to improve the quality of life for these children – and all those involved in foster care, domestic and international adoption today – through specific, tangible, and measurable projects, with the long-term goal of effecting positive change both in the perception of, and the systemic issues in, domestic and international adoption.
