Rock Hill Triathlon – July 14th, 2013!

The Ramblin’ Rose Rock Hill takes place in July at the beautiful Rock Hill Aquatic Center, part of the Upper Palmetto YMCA. It benefits Tri It For Life, an organization that inspires women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds and abilities to develop healthy lifestyles through multi-sport training, mentorship and commitment.

This event is very popular because of the beautiful pool and the 2-loop bike course which is the flattest bike course on the Ramblin’ Rose Tour.
