Ramblin’ Rose events celebrate the empowerment of women.

These events are life-changing for the women and kids who participate in them as well as for their families.  They enable communities to realize perpetual wellness and good health by creating influencers of change via each and every participant.

All events are Super Sprint Distances designed to celebrate the empowerment of women.

Ramblin’ Rose events benefit local charities that are focused on enabling women and girls, including Girls On The Run Chapters, the YMCA’s We Build People Campaign, Tri It For Life, The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Campaign, and the Gateway YWCA in Winston-Salem.

Fleet Feet Winston-Salem.

Fleet Feet Sports Winston-Salem was founded in August 2006 by Emily & Keith Davis.  Since 2006, the store has grown to a staff of 30 people, we’ve helped train over 3,000 people for new fitness goals, and have helped countless customers find the right product for their fitness needs. Our staff is trained in lower leg and foot biomechanics and we specializing in proper shoe fit and gait analysis. We carry the top 9 brands of athletic footwear and have a wide assortment of athletic apparel, sports bras, and products to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Body Works Physical Therapy.

Dr. Ashlee De Nooy, PT, DPT graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. Since then she has been working in outpatient orthopedics, which includes musculoskeletal and neuromuscular impairments, and the geriatrics population. Dr. Ashlee has been to several manual therapy courses for the upper and lower extremities and spine through Evidence in Motion, has been certified in Astym® to treat tendinopathies, is a certified clinical instructor through the APTA, and has received special training in headaches, as well as management and treatment of vestibular disorders, such as BPPV. Treating patients in an outpatient orthopedics setting focused heavily on manual therapy has paired well with Women’s Health.
