Individual Entry:
$75 through January 31
$80 through March 31
$85 through May 15
$95 through Race Weekend*

Relay Entry:
$150 through January 31
$160 through March 31
$170 through May 20
$180 through Race Weekend*

Note: Relays can consist of 2 or 3 individuals.

Duathlon Entry (1 mile run – 8 mile bike – 2 mile run):
$75 through February 28
$80 through April 30
$85 through May 15
$95 through Race Weekend*

Aquathlon Entry (swim & run only):
$55 through March 31
$65 through Race Weekend*

Registration Deadlines:

Online registration closes at 7:30 AM race morning (Sunday, May 22nd).
*On-site registration MAY be available during normal packet pick-up hours. Please review this event site for more details regarding on-site registration.

T-shirt Guarantee Deadlines:
Participants registering on or before May 10, 2022 are GUARANTEED to receive an event t-shirt in the size that they request.  After that date, all registrants will receive a shirt on a first come, first serve basis.  We DO anticipate having enough shirts for all participants, but cannot guarantee that or that athletes will get the shirt size desired.  Register early to guarantee a custom event shirt in your size.

USAT Requirement:

Ramblin’ Rose events are sanctioned through USA Triathlon. You will be required to purchase the one-day USAT license when you register if you are not a USAT annual member.

2:30 – 4:30 pm – at the race site (AE Finley YMCA)

Also possible on Race Day, May 22: 6:00-7:00 AM at the race site (please arrive early).

SWIM START ORDER:

When you arrive at packet pick-up on race weekend, you will be asked to rate your swimming ability on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the strongest, using the Swim Ability Chart as a guide. This swim ability will determine the starting order of the swim for race day participants.

PRE-RACE TRANSITION/INFORMATION CLINIC 

The AE Finley YMCA Multisport Team will be hosting a FREE pre-race clinic at the race site at 4:30pm on the day before the race.   This informative question and answer session is highly recommended for first time participants and anyone who just wants a little venue or course specific detail.  No equipment is needed.  Stop in to listen, learn and get any questions answered.  We are sure you will feel better prepared for race day, if you do!

Top 3: overall, masters, relays, age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over. Sorry, we do not ship awards.

WEATHER POLICY:

Races are held, rain or shine, unless Set Up Events determines that conditions are too dangerous. This will be based on a prudent decision made on race weekend or race day by Set Up Events and local law enforcement officials. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather there will be neither refunds nor transfers. This position is consistent with USA Triathlon recommendations and with the protocol of sharing the risks associated with the sport of triathlon. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Set Up Events reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of the race.

TRANSFER & REFUND POLICIES:

Race entries are non-transferable between events, years, and individuals. No exceptions will be made!
