REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

400 total slots available

Individual Entry:
$70 through March 31
$75 through April 30
$80 through May 31
$90 through Race Weekend*

Relay Entry:
$150 through April 30
$160 through May 31
$180 through Race Weekend*

Note: Relays can consist of 2 or 3 individuals.

Duathlon Entry (1 mile run – 8 mile bike – 2 mile run):
$70 through May 31
$80 through Race Weekend*

Aquathlon Entry (swim & run only):
$55 through May 31
$60 through Race Weekend*

Registration Deadlines:
Online registration closes at 7:30 AM race morning (Saturday, June 18th).
*On-site registration MAY be available during normal packet pick-up hours. Please review this event site for more details regarding on-site registration.

USAT Requirement:
Ramblin’ Rose events are sanctioned through USA Triathlon. You will be required to purchase a $15 one-day USAT license when you register if you are not a USAT annual member.

OFFICIAL RACE START TIME:

Please note we do not have use of the facility until race day.  Therefore no one is allowed to enter the pool section of the park on Saturday without paying the gate entry.  This rule only applies to inside the pool gates.  There is no fee to come look at the venue and courses prior to event day.

T-shirt Guarantee Deadlines:
Participants registering on or before June 2, 2022 are GUARANTEED to receive an event t-shirt in the size that they request.  After that date, all registrants will receive a shirt on a first come, first serve basis.  We DO anticipate having enough shirts for all participants, but cannot guarantee that or that athletes will get the shirt size desired.  Register early to guarantee a custom event shirt in your size.

PARKING
There will be plenty of parking at the venue and within a very short walk of the transition area.

SWIM START ORDER:
When you arrive at packet pick-up on race weekend, you will be asked to rate your swimming ability on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the strongest, using the [SWIM ABILITY CHART] as a guide. This swim ability will determine the starting order of the swim for race day participants.

PRE-RACE CLINIC:

Set Up Events will be hosting a transition clinic  at the race site during Packet Pick Up for participants of the Greenville Ramblin’ Rose Triathlon. The clinic will include tips and information to help you become more comfortable with the layout and logistics of triathlon and how transition works. Time-saving strategies, gear (including apparel), and transition space layout will be addressed. A question and answer session will follow. No equipment is necessary.

Top 3: overall, masters, relays, age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over. Sorry, we do not ship unclaimed awards.

There is not a host hotel for this specific event. The Greenville area has all major hotel chains as well as many Airbnb options.

WEATHER POLICY:

Races are held, rain or shine, unless Set Up Events determines that conditions are too dangerous. This will be based on a prudent decision made on race weekend or race day by Set Up Events and local law enforcement officials. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather there will be neither refunds nor transfers. This position is consistent with USA Triathlon recommendations and with the protocol of sharing the risks associated with the sport of triathlon. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Set Up Events reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of the race.

TRANSFER & REFUND POLICIES:

Race entries are non-transferable between events, years, and individuals. No exceptions will be made!

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any reason. You may defer your entry into the following year’s event for a deferral fee. You may also transfer into any future Ramblin’ Rose event in the same calendar year for a transfer fee.

All deferrals and transfers must be done within the RunSignUp platform.
