Winston-Salem Triathlon – August 18th, 2013!

The Ramblin’ Rose Winston-Salem takes place in August at the beautiful Gateway YWCA in the heart of Winston-Salem, NC. It benefits the Gateway YWCA and the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.

This event is very popular because of the beautiful venue, 2-loop bike course which is completely closed to traffic, and the run which goes out and back through historic Old Salem.
